Shaped by local products, our menus, painstakingly prepared by chef Sophie, offer our guests an exceptional dining experience. A graduate with high standing from professional cooking and market cuisine programs, Sophie is guided by the motto, “Honour to whom honour is due: May the palates of all who enter here be regaled by the fine offerings from our humble hearth.”
