Integrity, respect, selflessness, courtesy and attention to detail: these are the values embraced by every member of the enthusiastic, dedicated team at the Manoir Bécancourt.
Kitchen
Sophie
With her youthful talent, Sophie is part of the next generation of chefs. Welcome to her kitchen! A graduate of professional cooking (2011) and market cuisine (2012) programs, Sophie completed her training with the highest standing before donning her whites at the Manoir Bécancourt in 2014.
Her flair for subtlety and putting fine, delicate touches on culinary classics has taken the dining experience at the Manoir to new heights. Her signature dishes are renowned for their unique flavours. She describes her menu as French with major Italian influences. On the side of the kitchen pass-through, she is always working… and ready with a mischievous grin. With help from her talented team, she serves up truly memorable meals. From homemade pasta to risotto, from homemade ice cream to our famous tableside châteaubriand flambé, your taste buds will rejoice!
Kitchen team
Denise, Alice and Solveig
The kitchen team at the Manoir also includes Denise, who is legendary for her good humour and strong support, and Alice, who is still finishing school but so talented already! They are assisted on occasion by Solveig, our favourite rebel, who is known for her hard work and strong sense of discipline.

Cynthia, Alex and Cathy
The charming and cheerful Cynthia prides herself on always offering outstanding service to her guests.
Alex holds the prestigious position of sommelier at the Manoir and is happy to advise you on food and wine pairings.
Cathy brings a refined and delicate touch to her table service.
