A century-old heritage
THE FIRST STEPS
The history of the magnificent manor in which you are seated begins just before the First World War. In 1912, notary Achille A. Leduc had this majestic building constructed for himself and his future wife, where the couple raised their eight children. Did you know that the spelling
“Manoir Bécancourt” with a “t” comes from its former name?


A new vocation
FROM HOUSE TO MANOR
The building that served as a family home for nearly 70 years changed its vocation in 1982 when Mr. Yvon Beaulieu and his life partner, Mrs. Clairette Biron, decided to combine their passion for gastronomy and founded the Manoir Bécancourt.
A renowned cuisine
Renowned for their famous dinner shows and their menu with French influences, the couple successfully pursued their project of offering a quality restaurant in the city of Bécancour. Jasmine Hébert took over the business founded by her parents.


A family story
In 2004, following her studies in hotel management at the renowned Mérici College in Quebec and her few years of work in Europe, Jasmine Hébert took over the business founded by her parents.

With her youthful talent, Sophie is part of the next generation of chefs. Welcome to her kitchen! A graduate of professional cooking (2011) and market cuisine (2012) programs, Sophie completed her training with the highest standing before donning her whites at the Manoir Bécancourt in 2014.

The beautiful ivory of the Manor. A dynamic young woman always ready to help, she is our ray of sunshine. One mystery remains: can she be in a bad mood?

Always available to lend us a hand. He is our jack of all trades, he knows how to fix and do just about anything.

Chrystian is really passionate, the busier he is the more he’s enjoying himself, but beware all his meat is cooked to perfection. We though of changing his name to BBQ Pitmaster

We can always count on our room attendants, including Bénédicte, to ensure that our rooms are ready for our next guests. Discreet, efficient, and attentive, she is a cherished member of our team.

Versatile and always in a good mood, David is a pillar at the Manor. Helpful and attentive, he never shies away from a challenge and ensures that everything runs smoothly. In addition, he shares the work with his cousin Jasmine, forming a duo that is as close as it is effective!

Owner of the Bécancourt Manor, Jasmine has managed to bring a breath of fresh air thanks to her experience, talent, and vision. Passionate and caring, she infuses the Manor with a touch of elegance and warmth that can be felt with every visit.

is the prodigal son of the Manoir. A young man with multiple talents, he is a hard worker and he is very professional. As he has been with us for a long time he quickly understood the meaning of being truly diligent in all aspects of his work.

Zack - Server
Zack has been part of the great family of the Manor for quite some time now. Initially a busboy, he is now learning the ropes of being a server with great determination. Always faithful to his post, smiling and endearing, he has that little something that puts everyone at ease. Customers love him, and so do we!
