Influenced by local products, the menus carefully crafted by Chef Sophie offer guests exceptional taste experiences. Homemade pasta, flambéed chateaubriand, risotto, homemade ice cream; the chef will prepare the best dishes from the Mauricie and Centre-du-Québec regions. Finesse and delicacy await in these culinary discoveries with unique flavors.

Sophie Bourassa
Alias: Cheffy
Young and talented, Sophie is part of this new generation of chefs. Graduating from the institutional cooking program in 2011, then from the market cooking program in 2012, Sophie completed her studies with the highest honors before donning the chef's hat at Manoir Bécancourt in 2014.
Her touch of subtlety, finesse, and delicacy to culinary classics has advanced the cuisine of the Manoir. The result is dishes with unique flavors: Sophie’s signature. She describes her menu as French with strong Italian influences. A simple glance at the pass will reveal the mischievous eyes of this chef. Accompanied by her brigade, she will concoct the best dishes.
